You can easily update your billing address by sending us an email at email@example.com. Simply use the subject line Billing Address Change and we’ll handle the rest!
What should I do if my invoice includes tax but my organization is tax-exempt?
If you’re tax-exempt, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your tax exemption documents with the subject line Tax Exemption Request. We will reissue your invoice upon review.
