This article describes how to change common settings in the Properties > Data tab across multiple outputs at once. After selected, the Properties will show fields that the outputs have in common that you can change, such as Rows, Columns, Filter(s), Weight, and Rules. You can select multiple items on a page, multiple pages, or an entire report. Keep in mind that things configured in the Properties on tables/items on a Page are output-specific and do not change the underlying variables used (unlike creating NETs, merging, and renaming which are done on a table and applied to all instances of the variable set).

Method
- Select what you want to change.
You can select multiple individual items, including Tables, Pages, and Folders. Whatever you select will select applicable outputs within those items. - Make the change in the Properties
to apply to relevant items.
The Propertieswill list fields that you are able to change in bulk on the Data and Appearance tab. If they appear blank or a filter appears with a - icon next to it, this means the outputs selected have different settings in those fields. Any change you make in a field will apply to all outputs with that field available in the selection. Note, filters will only apply to R calculations that reference the

To do so:
- Click on the first table and CTRL-Click the second table.
The Properties shows that two tables have been selected. - Now, change the Filter from Total Sample to Male.
The results are as follows:
- Now change the Statistics > Cells from Column % to Row %. Be sure that both tables are selected first.
The results are as follows:
