This article describes how to create multiple crosstab outputs at once or in batch form.
Requirements
A Displayr document and data set.
Method
- Go to any of the following menu options::
- In the Report tree, select + > Report > Crosstabs

Table
> Report > Crosstabs from the toolbar.
- Click Yes or No depending on whether you would like the outputs to be placed on separate pages in your document.
- Select the variable(s) you would like to appear in the rows. You can select multiple variables by holding down the "Ctrl" or "Shift" key.
- Click OK.
- Select the variable(s) you would like to appear in the columns. You can select multiple variables by holding down the "Ctrl" or "Shift" key.
- Click OK.
- Any Nominal - Multi, Binary - Grid, and Numeric - Grid variable sets will be copied and flattened before using them in a crosstab. The flattened copy will contain all of the cells from the original question in a single column or row.

A new folder will appear in the Report tree with the crosstab outputs:
Adding Additional Statistics to the Crosstabs
By default, your crosstabs will display column %s. You can add other statistics to each table one at a time, or, if you prefer, modify the statistics for all tables at once. To change the statistics on all of the tables:
- Select the crosstabs tables you want to change by holding the "Ctrl" or "Shift" key.
- In the object inspector
, select Data > Statistics > Cells/Below/Right and choose the statistics you want to include in the tables.
Sorting Crosstabs Tables by Significance
To sort crosstabs by significance:
- Select two or more pages or a folder in the Report tree.
- Right-click and select Sort > Pages > By Significance
Delete Crosstabs Tables for Different Significance Levels
If you created many crosstabs and only want to keep the ones that are significant above a particular level, for example, >= 0.05, you can do the following:
- Select the pages or folders that you want to modify.

Right-Click > Delete and choose the option you want from the menu.
