How to Copy and Paste the Name of a Table or Chart

This article describes how to copy the name of an output or chart to use as a reference in custom calculations or visualizations.

You can also copy and paste the names of pages and variables using the same method described below.

Requirements

  • A Displayr table or chart.

Method

  1. Select an existing table or chart.
  2. From the toolbar, go to More Tools More Tools Icon.png > Copy > Copy Name.
  3. You can now paste the object name by clicking Paste where desired.
