Requirements
- A dimension reduction output created in Displayr such as a Principal Component Analysis, Multidimensional Scaling or t-SNE.
Please note these steps require a Displayr license.
Method
1. Select your dimension reduction output.
2. Click the Visualization button on your output > Dimension Reduction > Goodness of Fit Plot.
