...to a table that highlights top or bottom ranked values based on value, percentage and average:
Requirements
A built-in drag-and-drop table or a basic R table.
Method
1. Select your table.
2. Go to Data > Rules on the object inspector .
3. To apply the rule, select the Plus (+) > Top/Bottom Rules.
4. Choose the desired definition: Top/Bottom 10 Items, Top/Bottom 10 %, or Above/Below Average. Note that you can change the definition and value for the number of items or the percentage once the dialog appears. When using the Average setting, you can also specify the difference in standard deviations.
5. OPTIONAL: Update the Statistic (if different from the default).
6. Set the Color in the color picker.
7. Press OK.
8. OPTIONAL: To change the settings, right-click the rule under Rules in the object inspector > Edit.
