When in View Mode the user can filter a Page using the Filter control at the top of the page. This article describes the steps required to add or remove a variable from the list, and how to change the text above the list.
Requirements

Professional Displayr license.
- A Displayr Document.
Please note this requires the Data Stories module or a Displayr license.
Method - adding a variable to the list
By default, all variables tagged as Usable as a filter appears in the View Mode Filter control menu list.

Method - removing the variable from the list
- [OPTIONAL] Before you can remove a variable from the list you must remove it from all outputs that it is used on.
- In the Data Sources tree select the filter variable.
- In the object inspector > general select Hidden except in the data Sources.
- [OPTIONAL] Reapply the filter to any outputs that need to be filtered.
- Go to Share > Publish as Web Pages > Publish (or Republish).
Method - changing the text
- In the Data Source tree select the filter variable.
- Input the desired text to appear above values In the object inspector > General> GENERAL > Label > e.g. Select age...
- Go to Share > Publish as Web Pages > Publish (or Republish).
