How to Create Diagnostic Reports for Latent Class, Mixed Mode Trees, and Mixed Mode Cluster Analysis

This feature allows you to get a detailed diagnostic report for your Latent Class Analysis Mixed Mode Cluster Analysis or Mixed Mode Trees analysis. The reported statistics help when diagnosing the quality of solutions (Latent Class example):

Convergence Data
Fit Statistics
Class Sizes (unweighted and weighted)
Class Parameters

Requirements

A data set containing the variables that you want to use as inputs to the latent class, mixed mode trees, or mixed mode cluster analysis

Please note these steps require a Displayr license.

Method

Select the output from one of these analyses. In this example, we will be using output from a latent class analysis
Select Anything > Advanced Analysis > Cluster > Diagnostic > Analysis Report
The output looks like this:
To get a diagnostic report for a Mixed Mode Trees analysis, select Anything > Advanced Analysis > Machine Learning > Diagnostic > Analysis Report (Mixed Mode Tree)
To get a diagnostic report for a Mixed Mode Cluster Analysis, select Anything > Advanced Analysis > Cluster > Diagnostic > Analysis Report
