How to Track Dashboard Usage Statistics

This article describes how to track the information about specific actions and events across your dashboards. You can see details like: which page in the document was viewed, whether a dashboard has been exported or filtered, and which user conducted each action.

Requirements

You must be an administrator on the Displayr account

Method

Log in to your Displayr account.
From the Documents page, select the initials icon in the top right corner.
Select Account settings.
Click on the Usage tab.
Scroll down to the Dashboard Usage Statistics section.
Select a date/time range to define the period for which you want to view the logs.
Use the Type drop-down menu to choose whether you want to see View and/or Edit usage.
Click on the document icon to the right to download a CSV file of the results. You can open the file in Excel or another spreadsheet application.
