How to Replace Small Values in Tables With Text

This article describes how to go from a standard table...

...to a table where columns with values under a specified threshold (e.g. 10%) are replaced with text:

Requirements

A table with rows and columns.

Please note this requires the Data Stories module or a Displayr license.

1. Select your table.

2. Go to Data > RULES on the object inspector.

3. To apply the rule, select the Plus (+) > Modify Cell Content > Replace Small Values with Text.

4. Select the statistic to base the condition on.

5. Select the threshold.

6. Enter the replacement text.

7. Press OK.

Note, a footer note is also added which specifies this condition.
