To understand how different AI work affects your usage, please go to the Account Settings > Licenses > AI Usage and note your current level of usage. Then, use an AI-powered tool, return to the Licenses page, wait 30 seconds for the numbers to update, and see how the usage has changed.
The AI Usage section shows how much of your AI package you have consumed across all licenses during your current renewal period.
