How to Hide Empty Rows and Columns in a Table

Introduction

This article describes how to go from a table with entire rows and/or columns of 0% or missing data...

..to a table where these empty rows and columns are removed:

A table.

Please note this requires the Data Stories module or a Displayr license.

1. Select your table.

2. Go to General > RULES on the object inspector.

3. To apply the rule, select the Plus (+) > Modify Whole Table or Plot > Hide empty rows and columns > OK.

A note is added to the footer when any rows or columns have been removed.
