You can get a free Displayr license directly from the Displayr home page:
- Go to www.displayr.com
- Click the Free Trial link in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the various fields and complete the signup process. This consists of:
- Filling in your contact details
- Confirming your email address
This will give a free trial of Displayr Professional, which expires after either 10 hours of editing or 14 days. Once expired, your Displayr account converts to a free version, which has some restrictions in terms of functionality.
Restrictions
The free account has some restrictions in terms of how much data you can upload, how long your calculations are allowed to run, and more, as discussed below.
Types of Documents
Only Free documents are accessible. When trialing, your documents are Professional, but will convert to a Free document once your trial expires and you do not purchase a professional license. See Free vs Professional Documents for more details.
Online Publishing and Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF Exports
Publishing and hosting a dashboard and exporting are not available in the free version of Displayr.
Data Set Size
Free accounts are limited to adding Data Sets that are no larger than 1,000 rows or 100 columns. This includes creating your own variables within Displayr that will put you over 100 variables (columns).
Calculations
Calculations on the free account are limited to 10 minutes.
Table outputs may not be larger than 1,000 rows or 100 columns.
Displayr AI
Displayr AI is not available with a free version of Displayr.
Documents
Free accounts are limited to 20 documents.
Document Settings, including the Version History, are not accessible by free accounts.
Collaboration
Free accounts are limited to a single user, so you may not collaborate with other people when creating documents.
