Method
When Displayr loads data from Excel or CSV files, it needs to guess whether a variable containing text responses is an open-ended text question or whether it is categorical data encoded as text. Sometimes it guesses wrong.
To force Displayr to treat a text variable as categorical, select the variable in the Data Sources tree, and then in the Properties , change Data > Attributes > Structure to Nominal: Mutually exclusive categories.
