How to Perform Multiple Changes to a Document All at Once

Requirements

A Displayr document with a data set.

Method

You can select multiple items on a page, or multiple pages, or an entire report, and set or change settings like weights, filters, statistics, even row or column variables, all at once.

For example, apply a Male filter to all three tables at once.

1. Hold down the ctrl key (cmd if on a Mac) and select the objects you want to update.
2. In the object inspector, go to Data > Filters & Weight > Filter(s) > Male.
