This article describes how to go from an unsorted table in Displayr:
To a table sorted by a specified statistic:
In this example, the values in the Feminine column were sorted in descending order.
Requirements
- A table created in Displayr from a variable or variables in your data set.
Method
- Select a table.
- Right-click the column or row header you want sorted.
- Click Sort and select Ascending or Descending. Unlike previous versions of Displayr, you do not have to select from a list which statistic you want to sort by. By default, it sorts by the type of values that are already displayed in the column or row.
- As an alternative, if you want to sort the table by a statistic that isn't displayed in the table click Categories Shown in Rows > By This Columns Values > Ascending/Descending > desired statistic.
