How to Show Only a Specified Number of Rows From the Top or Specified Rows in a Table

This article describes how to go from a standard table...

...to a table that only displays a specified number of rows from the top plus any other specified rows:

Requirements

A table in Displayr.

Method

1. Select your table.
2. Go to Data > Rules in the Object Inspector.
3. To apply the rule, select + > Modify Whole Table or Plot > Show Only Top K and Specified Rows.
4. Specify the Number of rows to include.
5. OPTIONAL: Enter the label of any Rows to always retain, e.g. Pepsi Max (It is important to match the spelling as it is displayed in the table).
6. OPTIONAL: Select the Color for the required rows specified in step 5.
7. Press OK.
