Introduction
This article describes how to go from a Latent Class Choice Model output created in Displayr:
To a variable containing respondent-level class membership derived from the Latent Class Choice Model:
Requirements
- A document containing a Latent Class Choice Model output created in Displayr.
Method
1. Select the Latent Class Choice Model output in your document.
2. From the toolbar menu, select Anything > Advanced Analysis > Choice Modeling > Save Variable(s) > Class Membership.
A new nominal mutually exclusive (Pick One) variable is saved to the data set containing the respondent level class membership values.
OPTIONAL: You can also save variables containing the respondent-level class membership probabilities by selecting Anything > Advanced Analysis > Choice Modeling > Save Variable(s) > Class Membership Probabilities. The table below is a Raw Data table which shows the probability of each respondent being assigned to each of classes from the Latent Class Choice Model:
