How to Show the Sample Size on Column Table Headers

This article describes how to go from a standard table...

...to a table with the Column Sample Size added to the column labels:

Requirements

A table with columns.

Method

1. Select your table.
2. Go to Data > Rules in the object inspector.
3. To apply the rule, select the Plus (+) > Modify Headers > Add Sample Size to Column Labels.
4. OPTIONAL: Update Text to show in header.
5. OPTIONAL: Tick Show weighted sample size (Population).
6. Click OK.

Note, this rule will automatically choose the appropriate statistic (i.e. Column Sample Size, Sample Size, or Row Sample Size) depending on the table type.
