This article describes how to go from a standard table...
...to a table where a specified row has been moved automatically. In this example, Diet Pepsi has moved after Pepsi Max:
A table with rows.
1. Select your table.
2. Go to Properties > RULES on the object inspector.
3. To apply the rule, select the Plus (+) > Browse Online Library > Sort/Reorder Rows or Columns > Make One Row Appear After Another.
4. Using the drop-downs, select the row you want to move and the row you want it to appear after.
5. Press OK.
Note, if you select Switch rows and columns on your table, the rule will no longer work due to the table dimensions changing. In this case, you will have to apply the Make One Column Appear After Another rule instead.
Additionally, rows moved using this rule cannot later be moved manually via drag and drop.
