How to Import Table Data into Displayr

...directly into Displayr.

Requirements

Select your spreadsheet table and copy it (right-click > Copy, or ctrl+c).
In your Displayr document, press CTRL+V to paste it in as an R table.
OPTIONAL: To change the formatting, select the table and go to Properties > APPEARANCE > Number format and select the desired format (e.g., % or currency) and the number of decimal places.
OPTIONAL: If at any point you wish to amend your data, select the table and in the object inspector go to Inputs > DATA SOURCE > Edit data.

Select your spreadsheet table and copy it (right-click > Copy, or CTRL+C).
In your Displayr document, go to Home > Paste Table.
In the object inspector, go to Inputs > DATA SOURCE > Paste or type data.
Paste in the data by selecting CTRL+V.
Select OK.

Go to Home > New Data Set.
Either click My Computer and select your Excel file, or drag and drop the file into the Drop your file here or click to browse window.
When Displayr detects tabular data, you will be prompted to choose between adding your data as a table or adding it as a data set. Select Add as a table and select Next.
