This article describes how to import data sets from the Displayr Cloud Drive into your document using our built-in import. You can also use R to read in data from the cloud, see How to Access the Displayr Cloud Drive Using R.
Requirements
- A professional user license.
- A data set (.sav, .zsav, .xml, .sss, .mdd, .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .QDat) uploaded to the Displayr Cloud Drive. This can be uploaded directly from your computer or exported from a document, see How to Use the Displayr Cloud Drive for more info.
Method
- Select Data Sources > Plus (+) > Displayr Cloud Drive.
- Select the data file you want to import from the list.
Automatically update your data
If you want to automatically pull in updated data from the Displayr Cloud Drive, you can set up a Schedule. You can view, update, or add a schedule to your data set from the object inspector when your data set is selected.
See How to Set Up Schedules in Displayr for more information and details about how to set up a schedule to automatically update your data.
Once you set up a schedule, you will need to make sure you connect the data set to a schedule. You can check this either in the object inspector or by going to Tools > Schedules and seeing the data sets and objects included in the schedule.
